Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Five Words app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Five Words provides a word-based game experience with optional premium features available through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscriptions
The premium subscription is offered as "Five Words Pro." Available plans, billing periods, and prices are shown in-app before purchase and may vary by region.
Five Words subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate shown at purchase.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription (where applicable). You cannot cancel the current subscription period once it has started.

Cancellation
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscription changes take effect according to Apple's billing rules.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its services.
- Bypass technical protections or payment systems.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its content, branding, software, and design, is owned by Five Words or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Five Words and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill resulting from use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of your principal place of business jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
